Helen Ayers is a Cancer Care Navigator located at West Suffolk Hospital and can help you with any concerns that a cancer diagnosis may bring.  She can give you a chance to discuss your physical and emotional health and wellbeing and has information on local activities and resources such as exercise programmes, benefits advice, support groups and complementary therapy.  Please reach out to her if she can be of support to you or someone you know who may have had a cancer diagnosis.
