We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff and to help with this we have a Patient Participation Group so that you can have your say.  Please feel free to complete one of the forms that are always available in the downstairs waiting room at the surgery.   You can also write to The Practice Management Team and / or follow our Facebook page for news and upcoming events. 

Please only use this form for comments about the practice and suggestions as to how we can improve our service to you.  Medical matters and official complaints cannot be dealt with via this form. If you have a query regarding a medical matter please telephone reception to make an appointment to see the appropriate person.
